SYSOISYSOI Run it on your event

The product

Six layers. One throughline. Every signal in real time.

SYSOI runs six owned-IP modules end-to-end across the event lifecycle, each one feeding the next. Define the strategy. Fill the room. Unify the data. Watch for drift. Score readiness. Score content. Then Portfolio rolls the whole calendar up into the board-facing ROI a CFO reads. The whole stack is live, grounded by the Sandbox Brain, and built modular from day one.

Event Brain · North-Star

Define the event once. Measure everything against it.

Every SYSOI event starts with a North-Star, goals, KPIs, target audience, brand voice, key themes. Draft it from a brief with AI, rebuild it from your website, or paste in your existing strategy doc. Once it's set, every downstream layer is measured against it.

How it works. Opus drafts the North-Star from a brief or scrape, then writes it to a versioned profile. Every signal the Consistency Engine emits, every CFP score Marquee returns, and every readiness model the scoring layer runs reads from this profile. When the North-Star changes, a pivot to a different KPI, an audience refocus, every downstream signal re-scores against the new truth.

Connectors: Web scrape via ForgeScrape; document upload (PDF / Markdown / text); manual brief.

Acquisition · Demand funnel

Know eight weeks out whether you'll fill the room. Fix it if you won't.

SYSOI turns the event brief into an executable acquisition plan, audiences, channels, schedule, per-channel targets, then paces actual registrations against a curve, flags behind-pace the moment it happens, names the target accounts with nobody registered yet, and runs the staged outreach that closes the gap. Every registration code attributes back to its channel automatically. Nothing sends until a human presses Activate.

How it works. Opus drafts the plan from your brand foundation plus the event North-Star. Pacing measures each contact's first touch against a curve built from your own last event (or an uploaded curve, or a format-aware industry prior), with a verdict on every read and a Slack alert the moment an event falls behind. The audience-gap board unions nominees, marketing audience, and engaged non-converters against who actually converted, rolled up by account, worst first. Outreach runs as staged sequences and per-account campaigns drafted from account dossiers, grounded in the event's own facts, with consent enforced in the machinery: declined contacts are hard-blocked, every email carries one-click unsubscribe, and already-registered contacts are excluded automatically. Media research recommends where your ICP actually consumes media; SYSOI never buys media.

Reads and writes: the same unified record and registration sources as every other layer; email ships from your own verified sending domain.

Unified Record · Golden Record

Six tools' worth of attendees. One sales-ready record.

Connect your registration platform, your matchmaking tool, your mobile app, your lead capture, your CRM. SYSOI resolves identity across all of them, deterministic on email and phone, probabilistic on name and domain, rolls contacts up to accounts, advances the lifecycle stage from registered through meeting-held to opportunity, and enriches every registrant with real firmographics from LinkedIn.

How it works. Each provider pushes (webhook) or is pulled (REST) into one canonical adapter. The adapter resolves identity, applies survivorship (email is identity-anchor; name/title are last-write-wins so a CRM correction propagates), and lands the row. Re-imports refresh, never stack, the lifecycle-state engagements are unique per (contact, event). The record gets cleaner the more tools you connect, not messier.

Connectors: Sandbox-GTM (owned, live), RainFocus (live), Cvent (live, one-click OAuth), Bizzabo (live), Swoogo (live), Marketo (live, with email engagement), Jifflenow (live, meetings), HubSpot (live, two-way), Salesforce (connected), Attio (handoff live), Mailchimp (live), Google Sheets (live), Excel / CSV (live).

Consistency Engine · Forensic drift signals

A forensic analyst watching your event. Not a chatbot.

SYSOI's Consistency Engine reads the live unified record against your North-Star and emits drift signals across five dimensions, KPI, audience, voice, content, context, with severity ratings, evidence cited inline, and a recommended fix. Every signal is human-reviewed. Every dismissal teaches the system what to ignore.

How it works. Opus runs a forensic scan over a structured snapshot of the event (goals, KPIs, audience composition, session content, brand voice). Outputs are typed signals with severity (info / warn / critical), evidence (the data point that triggered it), and a recommendation. The reviewer queue is human-in-the-loop: acknowledged signals stay open; dismissed signals write to the per-tenant playbook so the same false positive doesn't recur. The Brain-First Protocol weighs prior patterns and prior mistakes before reasoning.

Sales Readiness · Engagement-weighted scoring

Every attendee scored. Every score auditable. Every hot contact handed off.

SYSOI scores every contact's sales readiness from the live engagement stream, lifecycle stage, engagement intensity, recency, ICP fit, meeting outcome, session-cluster bonus. Every score carries its math. RevOps can audit every number. Hot contacts hand off to HubSpot or Salesforce with an AI-generated mini-dossier stamped on the record.

How it works. Scoring is deterministic and additive: lifecycle stage base (registered = 5, meeting_held = 75) + engagement kind weights + recency decay + ICP fit + meeting-outcome modulation (from the post-meeting survey via the connector). Session attendance is track-aware: relevant tracks × dwell-ratio multiplier, with a topical-cluster bonus when an attendee hits three sessions on the same track. The handoff push upserts by email into the CRM, self-provisions the four sysoi_readiness_* custom properties, and stamps an AI-written ≤110-char dossier so the AE sees the load-bearing context at a glance.

Connectors: HubSpot (live, full loop incl. inbound contact sync + last-touch attribution + back-stamp), Attio (handoff live), Salesforce (connected).

Marquee · CFP fit

Score every session against the event's strategy. With the deck.

Marquee scores every CFP submission, every track topic, and every speaker against the event's North-Star themes, audience ICP, and brand voice, additive math across pillar alignment, audience fit, strategic fit, technical depth, voice fit, and delivery readiness. Upload the actual presentation deck and SYSOI re-scores against what's built, not what's promised.

How it works. Sonnet runs a fixed-additive rubric (six capped factors → 0–100) over each submission. Rationale is the recommendation, accept, accept with revisions, decline. Deck-grounded re-score attaches the PDF as a Claude document and re-evaluates technical depth, voice fit, and delivery readiness against what's actually built. Promote-to-sessions one-clicks accepted submissions into the live agenda the Consistency Engine reads.

SYSOI Marquee, CFP topics and abstracts scored against the event's North-Star with additive math, each carrying an accept / revise / decline recommendation.

Portfolio · Cross-event ROI

The board view. The one surface that isn't event-scoped.

Every other layer proves a single event. Portfolio rolls your whole live calendar into the unit economics a CFO reads, cost-per-meeting, cost-per-opp, cost-per-$ of pipeline, realized and projected ROI, and ranks every event worst-cost-first so the bottom quartile to cut floats to the top. The cut flag is category-relative: the worst trade show against other trade shows, never against a structurally cheaper webinar.

How it works. Portfolio re-aggregates the same event_attributions the per-event tab reads, with the exact same filters, so a Portfolio row equals that event's own number to the dollar, never a second, conflicting truth. On top of cost-per it derives four board metrics: a plan waterfall (enter a bookings target + coverage assumptions; SYSOI builds backward to the pipeline, opps, and meetings the calendar must produce, then grades actuals); acceleration (do event-touched deals close faster and win more than an untouched cohort?); Speed-to-Lead (a clock on every hot hand-off, SLA breaches flagged, in business hours so a weekend doesn't count against the rep); and a new-logo vs expansion split. Read-only, no new tables, it re-reads what the rest of the stack already produced.

Reads from: the unified record, the attribution ledger, sales-readiness hand-offs, and the post-event Coda, which cross-checks the measured number against what attendees self-report as influencing them.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is SYSOI?

SYSOI is a vendor-neutral system of intelligence for the event lifecycle. It connects the event tools you already use, builds one unified record across them, and runs forensic AI that keeps KPIs, audience, voice, content, and context consistent from the first touchpoint through the post-event sales pipeline — then hands sales-ready, attributed records to your CRM.

Does SYSOI replace my event platform or CRM?

No. SYSOI is a neutral intelligence layer on top of your existing stack, not a replacement. It connects to registration platforms (Sandbox-GTM, RainFocus, Cvent, Google Sheets), CRMs (HubSpot, Attio), Mailchimp, and Slack, and normalizes them into one golden record.

How does SYSOI prove event ROI?

It closes the loop to dollars: it pulls deals from your CRM, matches their contacts to your event records, and attributes each deal to the contact’s most-recent event with engagement before the deal was created. The Readiness Attribution view shows per-event pipeline ROI in dollars — turning "did this event work?" into a number.

How does SYSOI keep my data isolated and secure?

Tenant isolation is structural: every record carries an organization id and every query is scoped to it. OAuth connector tokens live in a vault (never in the database), API keys are encrypted at rest, access is role-based, and every action is audited. SYSOI inherits SOC 2 Type II infrastructure (Neon, Render, Clerk).
