Connect social publishing (Zernio)

SYSOI drafts event-grounded social content in Dispatch. To publish it to LinkedIn, Facebook, or Reddit, you connect those accounts through Zernio, the publishing aggregator SYSOI uses (its app is already platform-approved, so you skip the LinkedIn app-review gauntlet).

What you'll need

  • The social account(s) you want to publish to (LinkedIn / Facebook / Reddit),

and permission to authorize them.

Connect an account

  1. Open Dispatch and switch to the Queue tab.
  2. In the Destinations panel, find the platform (e.g. LinkedIn) and click

Connect.

  1. A Zernio authorization window opens — sign in to the platform and approve.
  2. Close it; the connected account appears under that platform. (No SYSOI-side

callback needed — Zernio holds the platform OAuth; SYSOI just discovers what you authorized.)

Publish

  1. On a draft's publish card, pick the destination account for each channel.
  2. Click Publish now, or set a time and Schedule it.
  3. Each channel's status shows as a chip — scheduledpublishing

published (or failed with a reason). A published post links out to the live post.

X (Twitter) publishes through a separate path and email through your verified sending domain — see the Email sending domain guide for that.

Analytics

Once a post has been live a while, the Analytics tab pulls engagement (impressions, reactions, comments, shares, clicks) back from Zernio. Use Refresh on a row or Sync all — Zernio backfills metrics with a delay, so checking minutes after publishing is usually too early.

Verify

After connecting, the account shows under its platform in the Destinations panel. After publishing, the chip flips to published and links to the post.
