Connect Swoogo

Swoogo is a registration platform source — it pulls registrants (and sessions, where available) into the golden record.

What you'll need

• Swoogo API credentials (an API key / client credentials). Generate these

in Swoogo under your account's API settings; see Swoogo's API docs for the exact location.

Connect

1. In SYSOI, open Connections → Swoogo → Connect.
2. Paste your Swoogo API credentials. They're stored encrypted at rest.
3. Save. The card shows Connected.

Map a Swoogo event to a SYSOI event

On the connected card, open Event mapping and link the Swoogo event to a SYSOI event. Registrants land on the mapped event through SYSOI's canonical importer — as registrations, and as check-ins where Swoogo marks attendance.

Pull

Run a sync from the connected card to pull. Re-pulls re-ingest in full (contacts upsert; registration/check-in state de-dupes), so source edits propagate without stacking duplicates.

Verify

After a sync, open Records for the mapped event and confirm the registrants appear in the pipeline.
