Upload Excel / CSV

This isn't a standing connection — it's a one-shot file roundtrip. Upload a list, SYSOI ingests and scores it, and you can export the same sheet back with SYSOI's scores appended. Perfect for a quick run on a past event's list or any spreadsheet you have on hand.

What you'll need

  • An .xlsx or .csv file with one header row and one contact per row.

Prepare your sheet

Include whatever you have — SYSOI smart-detects the header and matches common columns by name:

  • Email (the strongest identity key)
  • First name / Last name (or a single full-name column)
  • Company (a Website / Company Website / URL column is recognized too and used as the domain)
  • Title, Phone
  • A check-in / attended column (e.g. Checked In, Status = Attended) — rows marked attended ingest as checked-in, not just registered.

Rows with no email and no company+name are skipped.

Upload

  1. Open Records and pick the event the list belongs to.
  2. Click Upload Excel / CSV and choose your file.
  3. SYSOI imports the rows, resolves identities, and reports how many were

ingested vs. skipped.

Export scored

Click Export scored .xlsx. You get your original sheet back with four columns appended — sysoi_score, sysoi_tier, sysoi_recommendation, and a short rationale note — so you can hand a scored list straight to sales.

Verify

After upload, the event's Records pipeline updates with the new contacts. If the skipped count is higher than expected, it's almost always rows missing an email address.
