Connect Cvent

Cvent is a registration platform source — it brings attendees into the golden record. Connecting is one click: you authorize the SYSOI Cvent app, with no per-customer app to provision and no credentials to paste.

What you'll need

• A Cvent account with permission to authorize an integration.

Connect

1. In SYSOI, open Connections → Cvent → Connect.
2. You're sent to Cvent's authorization screen — sign in and approve SYSOI.
3. Cvent sends you back and the card shows Connected. SYSOI stores only a

refresh token (encrypted); access tokens are minted on demand.

Map a Cvent event to a SYSOI event

A connection can serve many events, so you tell SYSOI which Cvent event feeds which SYSOI event:

1. On the connected Cvent card, open Event mapping.
2. Pick the Cvent event and the SYSOI event to link, and save.

One Cvent event can map to exactly one workspace. If SYSOI says the event is "already mapped in another workspace," it's in use elsewhere — disconnect it there first, or confirm you're on the right account.

Pull attendees

With a mapping in place, run a sync to pull attendees through SYSOI's canonical importer. They land as registrations (and check-ins where Cvent provides them) on the mapped event.

Verify

After a sync, open Records for the mapped event — you should see the pulled contacts in the pipeline.
