Connect Bizzabo

Bizzabo is an event-management platform (registration, agenda, check-in, virtual/hybrid). SYSOI maps a Bizzabo event to a SYSOI event and pulls its registrations — including who actually checked in — plus session attendance with time-in-session, one of the richest engagement signals any registration platform provides.

What you'll need

From your Bizzabo account (you'll need admin access):

  1. Account ID — the number in your Bizzabo account URL.
  2. API credentials — in Bizzabo, open Integrations → API and create a

Client ID and Client Secret. If you don't see the API page on your account, ask your Bizzabo contact to enable API access.

Connect

  1. In SYSOI, open Connections → Bizzabo → Connect.
  2. Enter your Account ID, Client ID, and Client Secret. The client

secret is stored encrypted at rest and shown redacted.

  1. Save. The card shows Connected.

Map a Bizzabo event to a SYSOI event

On the connected card, open Event mappings and link a Bizzabo event to a SYSOI event — pick it from the dropdown (SYSOI lists your account's events). One connection can map many Bizzabo events to many SYSOI events.

Pull

Run a sync from the connected card, or use Refresh Contacts on the mapped event's Records page. Each pull does two passes:

  • Registrations — every registrant lands on the golden record as

registered; anyone Bizzabo marks checked in (on-site or virtual) advances to checked_in. Ticket type, promo code, and UTM parameters ride along on the contact's registration attributes. Canceled and refunded registrations are skipped.

  • Sessions & attendance — the event agenda (with its filter tags as

tracks) plus per-person session attendance, including time in session where Bizzabo captured it (virtual and livestream sessions report watch time; in-person sessions report it when attendees are scanned in and out of the room). Session engagement feeds readiness scoring directly — a contact who sat through three security-track sessions scores differently than one who walked out of one.

Re-pulls are safe: registrations refresh rather than duplicate, and the event's timezone is inherited from Bizzabo automatically.

Notes

  • Pulls are on-demand (no webhooks). Re-run Refresh Contacts after your

event, or whenever you want the latest registrations.

  • SYSOI never writes back to Bizzabo — this connection is read-only inbound.
  • Bizzabo's own CRM integrations keep working unchanged; SYSOI reads from

Bizzabo's API independently.
