Connect Attio
Attio is a two-way CRM connection — the destination for the Readiness handoff and pre-event nominations, and a source for inbound contact + deal attribution.
What you'll need
- An Attio workspace you can authorize, ideally as a member who can grant
object-configuration access.
Connect
- In SYSOI, open Connections → Attio → Connect.
- Authorize SYSOI in the Attio window. The card shows Connected.
Scopes
For the full experience, grant:
record:read/record:write(Attio'supdate-record) — read people back and upsert scored people by email.object_configuration:read/update-object— lets SYSOI self-provision its custom attributes on the People object (sysoi_readiness_score,sysoi_readiness_tier,sysoi_readiness_summary,sysoi_associated_events, consent fields) and on Deals for back-stamping.
Missing the object-configuration scope just means SYSOI writes the standard fields and reports the custom attributes as unavailable — it never fails the push. To add scopes, Connect again and re-authorize.
Use it
- Readiness handoff: Readiness → choose Attio → push. People are upserted
by email (matched, not duplicated); score/tier/summary + the running event are stamped.
- Nominations: pre-qualify an Attio list against the event ICP on the
Records nominations panel, then push the selected candidates back.
- Attribution: SYSOI pulls changed people and deals on a schedule; deals are
attributed to each person's most-recent event.
Verify
Push a hot contact, open the person in Attio, and confirm the SYSOI Readiness attributes are populated.
Note
Attio's people object has no standard lifecycle/owner/open-deal fields, so nomination scoring there leans on AI ICP-fit + recency (vs. HubSpot's richer signal set). That's expected, not a misconfiguration.
